DataVault Plan

The DataVault program provides you with an automatically scheduled external daily backup of your data which we collect once a month and archive on our secure servers. It gives you the added security against loss of data due to hard drive failure, fire or theft, and in cases of emergency (like hurricane evacuations) all you have to do is unplug the device and take all your critical data with you. The program includes 1 free data restore visit per month.

What's Involved

First Visit:

1. Identify Data to be Backed up
2. Setup DataVault Device
3. Install Backup Software & schedule Backup
4. Return the next day and replace the DataVault to bring copy of data off site
5. Archive your data on our secure servers

Monthly Visits:

1. Check to ensure your data is backing up
2. Run a small data recovery
3. Add any new data to be included in the backup
4. Replace DataVault to ensure complete reliability
5. Archive your data on our secure servers
